Audrey Appleby

Boundless energy and enthusiasm are the hallmarks of Audrey’s 30-year career as a dance educator in Greenwich. Audrey’s MagicDance-on-the-Water introduced thousands of Greenwich children to the joy of dance and movement at her waterfront studios on Steamboat Road in Central Greenwich and River Road in Cos Cob.

Audrey closed the Cos Cob Studio following the birth of her daughter in the early 1990s. But since then, MagicDance instructors have been using Audrey’s techniques to help young children learn through dance, song and drama at Whitby, Greenwich Academy, Greenwich Country Day, Rye Country Day, Brunswick, Sacred Heart, The Preschool, St. Lukes, Parkway, Glenville, Riverside, Old Greenwich, OGRCC, North Street, Putnam Indian Field, Stanwich Nursery, Canaan Ridge and many other area schools.
